The Challenge

The operator started with a 10-person tech team and off-the-shelf tools. As the portfolio scaled rapidly under institutional ownership, the existing setup could not keep up. There was no technology roadmap, no vendor evaluation process, and no clear plan for which systems to build versus buy. Every new initiative was a one-off decision.
