We built a purpose-built platform that handles the full lifecycle: leasing, payments, work orders, vendor management, and HOA tasks in one system. We replaced the legacy accounting setup with a modern cloud-based system for both property and corporate books, speeding up monthly closes. Then we launched a resident-facing app for payments, maintenance requests, and lease management.
