Data Lake and BI Platform for Institutional SFR Operator

The operator managed a geographically dispersed SFR portfolio with data scattered across property management, accounting, leasing, and vendor systems. Monthly reporting required analysts to pull numbers from five different tools, reconcile them manually, and hope nothing got lost. Operational metrics and OKRs lived in spreadsheets nobody fully trusted.

We designed and deployed a cloud-based data lake that ingests data from every operational system into one unified store. On top of that, we built BI dashboards tied directly to the metrics that matter: occupancy, turn times, maintenance spend, lease conversion rates. No more pulling CSVs. No more "which number is right?" conversations.
